The old Salada tea factory off Highway 40 has been converted into a pop-up food hall with food trucks, artisan stalls, and DJs.
The pop-up at the tea factory, which recently received a colorful facelift by Mural artist Maser, will feature 10 food trucks, a lounge for eating and drinking plus an eclectic musical program.
The event organizers the Quebec Street Food Association, also produce the First Fridays food fair outside the Olympic Stadium and the YUL Eat festival.
The Salada Market will be open on Fridays and Saturdays until April 27th. Opening hours are from 4 pm to 11 pm on Fridays and from noon to 11 pm on Saturdays. Entry is free before 8 p.m. and $5 after 8 p.m.
There will be a free shuttle bus running from De La Savane Metro station.
