Montreal’s Historic 232 Year Old Molson Brewery For Sale

Molson-Coors has put its historic 232 year old Montreal brewery up for sale, as the company plans to move its brewing operations to Longueuil.

The heritage building includes approximately 12 hectares of land, near the corner of Notre-Dame St. and Papineau Ave.

Last June, the city launched a public consultation process to develop residential housing in the area.
