Montreal’s old Royal Victoria Hospital as of January 15 will shelter homeless people and their pets

Starting January 15, the Ross Pavilion at the Royal Victoria Hospital will serve as an overflow shelter, with 80 beds being made available throughout the winter months.
” While shelters are often restrictive to genders, are pet free and have strict rules about intoxication, this one, will have a high level of acceptance”, explained Welcome Hall Mission CEO Sam Watts.
