Parcel Containing White Powder Received at Plateau Office Building – Staff blocked from leave building as a precaution

According to sources a parcel containing white powder was received at the Cooper Building on St. Lawrence Blvd. in Plateau Montreal just before 2 p.m.

The streets have been blocked off and the people working at the Cooper Building are told they could not leave as a precaution.
